The challenge
EBP asked Stack Labs to support them in porting an existing application to Google Cloud to address security, elasticity and resiliency requirements that were not possible to address via their on-premise infrastructure.
The solution
Stack Labs guided EBP in its Google Cloud onboarding. We proposed a replatforming approach based on the use of managed services (CloudSQL, Cloud Storage, GKE) including data migration and security. We trained EBP teams to become autonomous in the deployment and maintenance of its Google Cloud production and pre-production environments. We set up more resilient and highly available infrastructures with Terraform and Kubernetes resources provisioning.

The results
This migration allowed the company to meet its customer's requirements and to accommodate the activity of more than its 1,000 branches thanks to the scalability of the infrastructure, the automation to replicate it, the ease of deployment of new customer sites and the ability to support high availability and high SLAs > 99.99%.
